I've partnered with a leading organisation in Ireland delivering a major government transformation programme and seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their growing team.

The Role

You'll work with stakeholders and project teams to design, configure and deliver Business Central solutions, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Business Central solutions.
• Lead workshops and provide functional expertise across finance and operational processes.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support testing, UAT, training and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes, particularly Finance and Procurement.

Desirable

• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Public sector or government transformation programme experience.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
